I guess my calves are muscular, but I know they can be slimmer and I definitely want them to be! I know you can’t really spot reduce when it comes to working out, but are there any tips for certain exercises or will I just have to become a complete cardio junkie and hope for the best? Haha

Conversely, increased lean muscle mass in any area will increase fat burning in that area. Stair master, running, swimming (kicking) will build lean muscle.
