DRINK WATER, AVOID FRUCTOSE
Avoid high fructose rich foods such as processed foods and juices. That’s anything that has added sugar including long life and some soy milk, soft drink, lollies, chocolate and most other things that come in a packet.
Beware “High Fructose Corn Syrup” or “Maltodextrin”.
The fructose content of fruit is negligible, the main constituent of fruit is water.
