I’m going to overdose on tomatoes now… I forgot it’s one of the things I can’t eat 2 weeks leading up to my rhinoplasty! And I bought 2 punnets of cherry tomatos. OH NOES.

What I have successfully achieved (habits sustained for greater than 1 month) are crossed off. Nutritional vegan I do not eat potato I do not eat cocoa I do not drink coffee No eating after 7pm No soft drink Pilates everynight 1 hour Walk/Jog daily I will not buy lunch No biting/peeling cuticles No lollies Always take the stairs!
